To use AIVerID services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

AIVerID provides digital tokens representing various AI-related rights:

• AIVID Token: Your core digital identity and membership in the AIVerID ecosystem
• AIPLT Token: AI Patent License Rights for intellectual property protection
• SLIVR Token: Search visibility and AI discoverability rights

By acquiring these tokens, you understand that:

• Tokens represent rights and privileges within the AIVerID ecosystem
• Token ownership is recorded on blockchain for transparency
• Tokens are non-transferable without explicit authorization
• We reserve the right to add new token types or modify existing ones

You agree to use AIVerID services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with service operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the service for spam or fraudulent activities
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

When using "Sign in with AIVerID" or integrating with third-party services:

• You control what information is shared with each application
• You can revoke access at any time through your dashboard
• Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for third-party service practices
• OAuth tokens expire and can be refreshed as needed

All content, features, and functionality of AIVerID are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• The AIVerID™ name and logo are our registered trademarks
• You retain ownership of content you create or upload
• You grant us a license to use your content for service operation
• You may not use our intellectual property without permission

Your privacy is protected as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

• We use AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data
• You own and control your personal information
• We never sell your data to third parties
• You can request data deletion at any time

Some AIVerID services may require payment:

• Free tier includes basic AIVID token and authentication
• Premium features and additional tokens may incur fees
• All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase
• Payments are processed securely through trusted providers
• Refund policies vary by service type

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us
• Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIVerID, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Content you submit or share through the platform

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Close your account at any time through settings
• By Us: For violations of these Terms or harmful conduct

Upon termination:

• Your access to Services will be disabled
• You can request a copy of your data within 30 days
• Some information may be retained for legal purposes
• Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIVerID operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Disputes will first be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration
• Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived
• Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We'll notify you via email or platform notification
• The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You can close your account if you disagree with changes
